Cate Whitlatch

Development Coordinator

Cate is thrilled to support all aspects of fundraising and stewardship as our Development Coordinator. She recently graduated from Wofford College with a degree in psychology with a minor in sociology and anthropology. Cate previously worked with the Ronald McDonald Foundation and the Cone Health Foundation, where she focused on enhancing the inpatient hospital experience. Cate’s dedication to serving others is at the heart of her professional journey in development.

At just 14, Cate founded The Grateful Hearts Project, creating themed care packages for hospitalized children. This initiative sparked her passion for altruism and commitment to making a positive impact in her community.

Outside of work, Cate enjoys outdoor activities, cherishes time with her dogs and family, and expresses her creativity through acting in film and television.
