KAREN RICE

Karen has always had a passion for helping people.  She is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at CompuCom, leading HR teams, including talent acquisition, compensation, and learning and development.  In addition, she oversees CompuCom’s international people operations and facilities. Before joining CompuCom in 2020, she spent nearly six years with  AmerisourceBergen/Lash Group as the Vice President of Human Resources.  She served to drive organizational effectiveness and performance by aligning business objectives and people practices across five office locations. 

She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Management from the University of Dayton, and Masters of Science degree in Career and Human Resource Development from Rochester Institute of Technology before moving to Charlotte, NC and starting a family. In her free time, she enjoys spending time on the water with her husband, Matt, and two children, Connor and Sara. She was introduced to Claire’s Army through a co-worker and instantly knew she wanted to be more involved helping families when they need it the most.
