What a morning! On Saturday, February 9th Claire’s Army gathered to enjoy Claire’s favorite food, activities, and fellowship with each other. Thanks to over 550 guests, 40 volunteers, 15 sponsors, and 1 George Brooks, we raised over $20,000 to help local families fighting pediatric cancer.

Additionally, the Community Blood Center of the Carolinas was able to collect 32 units of blood that will impact the lives of 96 local patients!

Funds raised at this event will directly impact families in the Charlotte community through one or all of our three core programs – Claire Packages, Meal Deliveries, and Emergency Assistance.

The event committee, made up of Paul Carini, Kelcie Johnson, Julie Nale, Karin Norman, and Emily Ratliff, enjoyed every minute of planning this special morning and making it magical.
